Herb Vinaigrette

½ cup olive oil

2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon lime juice

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 small piece bay leaf, crumbled

¼ teaspoon minced garlic

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

 

Place all ingredients in covered glass jar.

Shake well until blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.

Shake well before serving.

Makes 2/3 cup.
