Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

1 -8 oz. can crushed unsweetened pineapple with juice
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

You're gonna love this one.

Before you go to work, place everything in a ziplock bag. Turn to coat. Put in refrigerator.

When you get home, dump it all into a baking dish, coverĀ and bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.

You can add things to the bag like red bell pepper, green pepper, onion, and/or mushrooms - cut into 1 inch pieces. You can add steamed broccoli right before serving. (If you put the broccoli in before baking, it gets too mushy.)
