Banana Nut Energy Shake

1 cup plain vanilla yogurt

1 banana frozen

1 cup coconut milk

¼ cup chopped walnuts

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

 

Put all ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

Drink up!

 

If you like it a little sweeter, you can add 1 teaspoon honey.
