But, shouldn't you be vegan?

That has been a question for years now. We are led to believe that animal foods are bad, and that we should eat all plant foods. 

As I watched this video, it occurred to me that this could explain the tremendous increase in dementia and Alzheimer's. 


I hate to sound like a broken record, but in my opinion - the safest diet is a balanced diet of fresh real foods. We need many different foods and nutrients to be our best. What's even better is that makes life worth living, right? Good food is the cornerstone of life -
