What it does-

Riboflavin works with the other B vitamins. It is important for body growth and red blood cell production and helps in releasing energy from carbohydrates. It helps your body process carbs, proteins, and fats.

 

Some signs of deficiency are sore mouth or tongue, burning sensation in your legs, premature wrinkles, and eczema.

 

Where to get it -

Almonds, citrus fruits, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, green leafy vegetables, milk and dairy products, and fortified breads and cereals.
