Lycopene is a powerful anti-oxidant associated with reduced risk of heart disease, macular degeneration, high cholesterol, and cancers of the prostate, digestive system, lung, bladder, cervix and skin.

Where to get it -

Apricots, papaya, tomato products, watermelon. Tomatoes have to be cooked or processed to release the lycopene they contain. Watermelon has more lycopene, and all you have to do is eat it!
