Recent research is showing that cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease. They say that the research that came to that conclusion in the first place was questionable at best.

Cholsterol does play a role in heart disease, but it is not the cause.

In any event – instead of repeating myself like a broken record, just eat a balanced diet of real foods. Eat your fruits and vegetables. I can't stress how important that is for your overall health – no matter what else you eat.

Get some exercise and enough sleep.
