Double your vitamin C intake. Take your vitamin C supplements alone before meals. I take 500 mg. before breakfast and again before dinner.

 

I tried the special toothpastes, the rinses,the cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar... nothing worked, until I got a cold. Getting a cold is rare for me, but I doubled my vitamin C. Low and behold – my gums started looking better. Wish I would have known that sooner!
