Keep your homocysteine count low to help prevent plaque buildup on artery walls by eating foods high in Choline and Betaine, or in English – eat meat, eggs or milk with spinach, broccoli, or beets.

Foods high in folate, B6, B 12, and magnesium are also effective – asparagus, beans, spinach, or leafy greens.

Make sure you’re getting enough Vitamins C and E, CoQ10 and L-arginine to keep your arteries healthy.
