Gas is an embarrassing problem that many associate with a healthy diet. It's not true. I used to have that problem, really bad (ask my daughter) – and now I hardly ever have gas.

Slow down and chew your food to make sure no large pieces are making it into your digestive tract. Seriously. This one thing can make all the difference. There are enzymes in our saliva that start the digestive process, but many of us skip that whole part by always gulping our food down in a hurry.

Eat Dill.

Eat yogurt with live cultures to introduce more healthy bacteria into your digestive system.
