It is a myth that seeded fruits and vegetables or grains have anything to do with Diverticulitis. The number one thing you can do is eat a high fiber diet to keep things moving along.

Eat things like -

apples, berries, grapefruit, mangoes, nectarines, oranges, peaches, dried fruits, asparagus, bean sprouts, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, popcorn (not more than twice a week), nuts.


Avoid high fat and too much red meat.
