For many people, changing what we know we need to change seems impossible. It often takes a tragedy, usually in the form of a dire diagnosis to make people change. Many times, even that isn’t enough.
The good news is, once we decide to change, we can be successful.

Its not as hard as it seems. there are tons of resources out there to help you from books to memberships, to having food delivered to your door and so much more.
