Well, I had that planned for dinner. Not only did I not want to eat it, I dreaded even cooking it.
So, I was sitting and procrastinating…and I thought – how about if I use barbecue sauce instead of teriyaki, and add some cheddar cheese during the last couple of minutes? Kind of like those skillet dinners you see in some restaurants.
It turned out great!
I served it with green beans and watermelon.
Of course I never thought to take a picture of it, and its all gone. But we’ll be having it again I’m not very good at remembering to take pictures of my food. Sorry.
Now it needs a name. Got any ideas? How about Cheesy barbecue chicken and potatoes?
